Flora Overhaul 3.2
So I just succusfully converted Vurts flora overhaul for fallout 3 to TTW 3.2, and I will put a download link in the mod release section as soon as Vurt gets back to me, stay tuned!!!

Tree LOD doesn't work in NV, it will bug out (this is well known).
Any mods you convert with permission is fine, but you must also support that mod. If you don't do it correctly, it will still be removed as the team doesn't have time to waste on people reporting the bugs.
Make proper LOD billboards for object LOD, zilav has made a tool to do so for Skyrim, it will work for F3/NV as well.

it's working fine for me, I'm waiting for permission to post from vurt, but if it doesn't work for other people then I would be fine with it being taken down.

In the video you provided I can see that the lod models for the trees are stuck inside the normal ones so I'm not sure that this mod is working as intended.

It's not working right. Roy told him what the issues were and what he needed to do to fix them. I dunno whats up with this guy.
