Tale of Two Wastelands

My character with a custom race consistently crashed during the loading of Tranquility Lane. The suggested fixes I found didn't work, so I created my own solution.

With this bypass, the player will never actually enter Tranquility Lane. When the player interacts with pod seat, the PC's Dad will hop out of his own pod and talk with the player as if Tranquility Lane was instantly completed. The Vault 112 Suit does not need to be worn for this to fire. Scientific Pursuits will auto-complete, and the quest Tranquility Lane will start with only the "Talk with Dad" objective active.

I don't use a custom race and probably just won't in general, but this seems like it'll be useful for anyone who, like me, hates going through Tranquility Lane. Thanks for this!
