MaxCharacterLevel, LevelsPerPerk and Lessons Learned 100 Cap

Sets 2 Game Settings and modifies the Lessons Learned Perk from Lonesome Road DLC to support up to Level 100
iMaxCharacterLevel = 100 (Level Cap to 100)
iLevelsPerPerk = 1 (1 Perk every Level Up)

Requires:
NVSE (the Game Settings changed on the fly in game using NVSE functions)
LonesomeRoad DLC enabled in your load order

Install:
1. Extract MCLLPPLL100.esp to your \Data\ directory.
2. Enable MCLLPPLL100.esp preferably towards the end of the load order.
3. Play game and enjoy.

Compatibility:
Tale of Two Wastelands 2.94b / 3.2
Fallout New Vegas (with NVSE & Lonsome Road DLC active)
Fallout: New California 213 or above (with NVSE & Lonsome Road DLC active)

this simply just increases the level cap? do you still get perks every level if you exceed the default level?

Having passed level 50 awhile ago I can also confirm yes you do.

I wanted to thank you for this mod and also would it be possible to edit/make max 255lvl version?

Your welcome.
For me anything much over level 100 causes a CTD.
I can for example use the command setlevel 150 and there's no CTD.
But playing the game and gaining XP to level up much over 100 and my game CTD.
For me it's around the 102 level mark via XP and I CTD.
May be different for others, so I just capped it to 100 where I've never really had a problem.

Should be fine to add the mod on any existing save providing your game is running the requirements.
