+1 Special Bobbleheads

Quick little FNVEdit mod, just adds back the +1 to the corresponding special bobbleheads because I like being special. Leaves the perks intact and does not add the skill points bonus to the other bobbleheads since you'll be maxing them out anyways lets be real.

This mod is not retroactive, so if you've already picked up a special bobblehead in your savegame you will need to manually add the spell effect to your character via console commands. You can find the ID's to do so with FNVEdit.

You realize with No Weakness, Almost Perfect, Intense Training, the cyberware implants and the Lonesome Road reward perk you can already max out your specials easily right?

Almost perfect is late game
Intense training is annoying to spend a perk point on
Implants rely on your endurance which I'm running low endurance for my current character

I understand the decision to not have +1's on the bobbles, I wanted them for this go though and as for posting it here I'm sure we both agree the more options the merrier Mr. Batty ;)

Some people are modders who really like to be hyper-controlling of changes made to their mods especially if those changes revert changes they made in the mod back to the original. I'm cool with it though but a lot of people were unaware of all that.
