This is included in the TTW RWL Patch Collection

TTW RWL - DCStreet.esp (1 kb)

But the required master is not included, "DCStreet.esm"

That's for if you're using the DC street mod on this sight. If you aren't, delete /disable the plugin.

I assumed it was something that exists. I spent some time Googling it and was finding alot of other people asking the same question. One user from 2017 wrote,

"I'm not sure if I'm being dumb, or if something happened, but DCStreet.esm is being marked as missing, and I remembering there being a mod named that. Not sure if it went down due to being decrepit, or if it is something I'm missing in all of this. Any ideas to help me out?"

Which someone replied back with,

"This mod at one time was comprised of two plugins by two different people, This mod did the DC area and another did the wasteland, now everything in DC area and wasteland are all in one .ESM that is this mod. read some of posts below, but this mod should not give an error of DCstreets.esm. not as far as I know. If you can give more info maybe things could get sorted out."

Somewhere out there this .esm exists.

Thank you! I would've probably never found it without your detective work. For anyone wondering, "Intro Street Bus and Alignment" = DCStreet.esm. This will help me and the others who install RWL TTW patch collection and are running into this issue of missing masters. The reason i inquire is because i have been having a hell of a time with the lighting. Nights are very dark and the only visible thing i can see are fields of grass which thumb their nose at the games lighting. Lighting during the night and the poor quality of the PipBoy light are two things i would very much like to see improvements on, but i understand these might be out of the scope of TTW, and are probably moreso in the hands of RWL etc.

Check out the flashlight mod [on this forum] and the Advanced recon mods [The version on this forum], which adds a flashlight and nightvision respectively

Can this mod improve RWL?
It does seem to work.

However, I recommend Dynavision 3 instead
It includes the Imaginator and Directors Chair, at lets you customize basically exactly how you want your game to look.
If you don't like the Depth of Field you can turn it off

will use dynavision 3 unless it disables lod(freezes the game).
tried using imaginator (the lighter version), but its bad scripting disabled the LOD
thank you for a reply
