I still get 25 levels when using this mod, tried to setlevel later but it just messed things up for me further.


Edit: I just saw it's meant to give you 20 levels, which is stupid and I only wanted this mod for the damage increase and rebalance, I won't be using this, ever.

Nah it's meant to give you 25. It had been a while between the time I made the mod and I made the description.

It ain't stupid, it's just not what you're used to finding in an RPG game. Me? I find leveling to be an absolute tedious bore that renders any part of the game content before/beyond current level meaningless. Which is why I made this overhaul.

I'd only want the damage and hp mod, not the setlevel stuff, don't need that, I got other mods for traits and such. Can I disable the levelup stuff only somehow? I'd appreciate that greatly, and I'm sure others would too. Everything else is just perfect, makes things deadly, as they should be.

You could try deleting the quest through FNVEdit, though don't post on the thread if there are issues because of the player not being level 25.

Sure, but is being lv 25 somehow a big part of this mod or will starting from one just make the game harder :D?

Edit: removed the quest, works fine so far, also thanks for telling me how to do it, I think I'll have fun with this :D

The human NPCs are balanced around a level of 25, so they're going to have much more health than you, while also having access to the same weapon pool as the player, so they're going to essentially one shot you.

Ultra realism :D I actually like that, I got roll mod with invincibility frames, that's going to balance it out, roll roll to cover, wait till they reload and fire everything.

Nah won't work, makes all enemies give same ammount of exp regardless of the type, time to look for some other hardmode :D
