RNV in Capital Wasteland

Is there a command I can use to enable Radio New Vegas outside of the Mojave? I already have the Radio Unbound mod for when I travel to New Vegas, but I want to enable it without having to travel there for the first time because I have a mod to expand RNV and I want to test if it’s working properly.
