Can you play more than one game at a time?
Because I can't. I'm not even in the middle of my TTW playthrough: just finishing up the DLC for FO3, and then back to the main quest, and finally on to Vegas. So at least 60-80 hours more there.
And this is coming off a 200+ hour run of two New Vegas Playthroughs, before I took the plunge into TTW. When I am feeling burnt out, I work on my Oblivion setup (A much harder game to mod than more recent Bethesda titles); because let's face it; Skyblivion will never be released.
I'm not actually playing Oblivion yet (again) though; because like I said; I can't start playing something new until I finish what I am presently working on.
Then, this forum also got me excited to play Wasteland 2; which has been parked on my hard drive for almost 5 years, and I have never played. I have had some great ideas for new Cities : Skylines cities recently also, and lets not forget that the new civilization expansion is only 3 weeks away ...... and I still need to go back and restart Fallout 4, so I can actually finish it (not to mention the mod I have been working on for years .....); O yeah, and there's the Witcher 3 (which I honestly don't like the gameplay, but the story seems awesome) which I have started at least 4 separate times, and only got as far as the Bloody Barron questline ......
Anyone out there as anal/OCD as me? Or are you more well adjusted, and able to play multiple games at the same time (figuratively speaking)? If I stop playing one game to play another, I always restart when I come back to the previous game .....

I have trouble finding games that interest me more than a few hours, so I tend to stick with the same game sometimes for years.

When I haven't had enough sleep for a while, I tend to get bored of everything really fast. Which means that I might be playing a game for quite a while already, but on those days, I try to play it, get bored of it in 15 minutes, have to try a different game, get bored of it in 15 minutes, and do that again and again until I find a game that can keep my interest for a couple hours.
Sometimes, no matter what games I try, I can't find one and have to resort to watch a movie instead, or something else.
Those days suck.

Tell me about it! I finished the TTW playthrough, and took about a month or so off to try some of those other games I listed up there ....... and guess what? Boring AF.
So I'm back to do another TTW runthrough! I'm not really sure why these two games in particular (FO3 & FONV) have been able to hold my attention for a decade now, and I am running out of new things to do with my characters ..... Think this guy is gonna be a brahmin tipper who will only use self-crafted weapons ....(yeah, right)

Great, and now with the release of the Remastered original 'Borderlands' and graphical updates to 'Borderlands 2' coming tomorrow (3rd April 2019); I will go back to play yet another decade old game ......
Come on, THQ (with permission from EA) - give me a Kingdoms of Amalur remaster, and I will nerdgasm.........

Re: Can you play more than one game at a time?
I do have concurrent playthroughs going on, and regularly do this to myself.
Currently, in my 'active list' (games I've played in the last month), I have an ongoing Skyrim playthrough, an ongoing Oblivion playthrough, my long-lasting TTW 2.9.x playthrough (I swear, I'll update... Once I finish this run. That could be in a couple years, though...), and I just started a Morrowind character this morning (I'm going to give it another try, see if I can just get into it.)
Games I haven't touched in a while, however, I tend to come back to and start over. Not because I really want to, but I know that coming back after a long absence can often be the detriment of skills you need for certain games.

I still play American McGee's Alice. I've also lately played No One Lives Forever 1 and 2. I usually flip between Skyrim and Fallout on a week-to-week basis, depending on how I feel.
