Your GPU temperature when playing TTW?

Post by CVB_Taihou » Wed Feb 14, 2018 5:11 am

I use a GTX 1060 6g and mine goes about 75c when I stroll around goodsprings.

(with the best anti aliasing setting)

Some say geforce cards are safe below 80c, but I'm afraid if mine goes above 80c when combat.

How about yours?

guess mine gets a little high, will clean the fans and set the fan speed(surve?) via afterburner. will buy another case cooler if they hardly work.

59 celsius at most after

59 celsius at most after hours of playing, Asus Strix GTX970, on automatic fan settings for reduced noise levels.

I could propably reduce the temperature somewhat by increasing fan speed, but I really do like the quiet operation which IMHO still is one of the best selling points of this make of the card. (It is good enough for any FullHD gaming needs, and does this with bare minimum of noise.)

My card is an MSI TwinFrozr

My card is an MSI TwinFrozr (or whatever) and I keep the fans maxxed and cleaned. I wear headphones so I don't hear them anyways.
