The pics on here look amazing. Unfortunately currently my rig will not run hi-res textures, ENB and the like. I run Nevada Skies and that's about it. It's very cool though to see How it might look. Great shots.

I'm not so good when it comes to modding but i think I'm better with screenshots.

Upload your picture to any image hosting site (for this one I used tinypic but imgurl is a good one too), get a direct link (url whatever one wants to call it) to the source of the image and copy it, then use the second last button (a square one with a tiny picture of a house) on the right before the smileys button on the bar up there over the text box and then it will popup another window where you can paste the url you just copied, after that just click ok and the image should appear in the text box.
