lag issue when coonverting fo3 monorail mod

hi i'm trying to convert this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/23112 and this one https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/23314 , the monorail mod works , the animation sounds and everything works great but i have insane stutters with it , i saved the mod in the nv geck , apply th conversion script , and made the mod an ESM following the tutorial found here , is a mesh problemor a navmesh one ? what should i do then ?

as for the second mod , same issue , insane stuuters , but i can't talk to the npc which i assume is necesssary to climb in the monorail, , i saved the scripts one by one in the nv geck and did the conversion thing , but that doesn"t change , did i missed something ?

any help is appreciated

i just recently had knowledge learnt about adding in weapons and replacing textures hmm...i would help you ...lord knows i have the time? i have a friend who is a skilled modded but he doesnt play TTW he...might be able ot help....

Can someone link me the post about adding in the TTW script to convert a mod for 3 to TTW
