Solid Project TTW

Post by fallout1234512345 » Sat Apr 20, 2019 10:49 pm

Hey I'm new to the thread here and i'm trying to play TTW with the Solid project mod but when I load in I get an error saying my JIP plugin isn't a recent enough version.

first when the main menu loads i get an error message saying

Your installation has issues with writing information to .ini files on your hard drive. You may have issues with restoring mouse sensitivity. You can try disabling your Antivirus software or move Fallout:NV from your Program Files folder.

When I load in I get an error message saying

Solid Project is not loaded. Issues::

--JiP plugin V54.91 or later required (YOUR VERSION IS 54.65)--

Debug log is blocked. if you want to recieve support for this mod you need to exit game and fix the issues.

and the last message i get:

Your JiP version is probably not the latest. Please download latest JiP and reinstall it manually.

I had the most recent version of JiP installed and even tried downloading V54.91 and nothing changed. Would appreciate if somebody would help me out here, Thanks.

If you have the time, switch to Mod Organizer 2. Even Nexus Mod Manager (which I wouldn't recommend if you're switching to a new mod manager) properly installs NVSE plugin files. Vortex can be a bit of a mess, sometimes.

Otherwise, manually drag-and-drop the contents of your JIP LN NVSE archive into the proper folders. It should be Fallout New Vegas\Data\NVSE\Plugins. I still have a copy of the newest version of Solid Project that was available before it was taken down, and it worked without a hitch when I got my TTW setup installed, so it's probably something on your end, not anything inherently wrong with the mod.

It's helpful to state what mod it was causing the problem in case someone else has the same issue.

That's mod piracy, not allowed.
