How can I cap my FPS? Radeon chill is not working and is the suggest way using the FNV Performance guide.

Have installed using The Best of Times followed to the T.

My PC is kind of a piece of shit, and I cannot consistently maintain framerate and would like it to be capped at 60. I've followed the FNV Performance guide. RTSS does not open on my PC. AMD Radeon chill fails to properly cap the FPS as it often exceeds the max FPS limit that I've entered.

Is there any other way?

Sounds like an AMD problem? You can try to set max frames in NVTF and turn vsync on.
