Need some help with making a follower.

Good evening all. I'm trying to figure out how to make a follower for TTW. The idea is that she will be a "generic basic" follower waiting in Megaton. I'd like her to be able to do the basic follower things. Be recruited, carry stuff, fight with the player, wait and go back to megaton when fired. I'm not looking to do anything fancy here, just the basics.
So I've got her in Megaton, looking and equipped the way she's supposed to be. I've got her in the Follower Faction, the Player Faction and the Donttazemebro Faction. I got these factions by looking at other followers faction lists.
I seem to be stumbling on the AI Packages though. Can anyone tell me what packages I need to fulfill the basic follower commands and such? Again, all I want her to do at this point is be recruited, follow, carry stuff, fight, wait and go home when fired.
Any assistance would be much appreciated!
By the way, I should mention that my only experience in making mods was making basic followers in Skyrim.
