Fallout 3 texture mods for TTW?
Would I have to convert a fallout 3 texture pack with the tool to make it useable? or is it as easy as downloading it manually and installing it for new vegas?

If you mean NMC, there is a set of scripts I uploaded in the mod releases to clean up and combine the F3 and NV versions.
