How to convert Fo3 mods to ttw 3.3?

I have already installed the master plug ins and ran the conversion script on the esp in fnv edit by following the ttw conversion guide found here. viewtopic.php?t=6525. But after running the scripts the guide says to recompile scripts and I was wondering if anyone knows how to do that. I just need a nudge in the right direction. I want to add more enemies to the capital wasteland by converting some fo3 mods to work with ttw 3.3.
