Need help with the ENB

hey guys i have a problem with my ENB did anybody know how to fix it?

ENBs are not only not supported by TTW, FNV doesnt even support it to begin with because its unfinished.

Viva New Vegas has more details on that.
I tried putting a image of Joshua Graham saying "We cant expect God to do all the work" with glowing eyes here but idk how to do html so pretend that this is here lmao.
