Broken Steel - No Audio
I have been playing TTW and after finishing the main FO3 game I have noticed many of the NPCs have no audio to go with their dialogue, I am currently running TTW v3.2.2 with the correct load order. I really have no idea why this is happening.

You probably didn't run the installer as admin or closed it too fast. Check there are no BSAs with the name NEW_ prepended to the files, if there are then the installation went wrong and the installer couldn't remove/rename the files correctly.
