Crash on save load

Hello, I've ran into a problem that I can't seem to find an answer on, so please forgive me if this issue has been brought up and answered before, but I seem to crash when I die and need to reload a save. The game is running fine so far with no issues but that, so it makes dying or mistakes an annoyance since it will crash me and I need to relaunch.
