TTW Installer not Finishing?

Okay, so im trying to install TTW on vortex I have made the file on my hard drive (D:) that the TTW files are installed in and when I open the installer it detects new vegas and fallout 3 fine and i set the file to the one i made in the staging mods folder however, for some reason while TTW is installing it stops somewhere near the end (i dont ever catch it cause im not there) and I know its stopping because you dont see the final setup screen telling you to download the required mods and plugins that got installed. When I start new vegas with all the essentials installed it doesnt show the TTW main menu screen but it lets me choose where i want to go capital wasteland or mojave but when i am baby i am a deaf baby with hallucinations of red diamonds and oh yes falloutcustom.ini step has been completed. I ve tried this on both MO2 and vortex with the same result. So basically how can i make sure the installation is completed?

This usually occurs because of Antivirus issues, or hardware/cable problems.
