I freed Fawkes in Vault 87 and have been unable to locate him after I exited Raven Rock. I have been to the Museum of History (waited) and still unable to find him.
My plan "C" was to use console commands to such as prid 2d9cf and then use 'moveto player'. No surprise that the the Ref ID had changed with TTW.
I poked around with xEdit and Fallout3.esm is in the [06] position and he appears to be 0602d9cf. This is when he is in his cell in vault 87. Not sure if his RefID changes later...
Looking to add him as my companion before I hit the Purifier so he can handle the Rads. Any idea's? I get errors when I type in Prid 0602d9cf in the console and I do not want to back track and loose several hours of work if I can help it.

I made some traction and did get it to work.
