Runtime Error

Got a runtime error message. Posted in Discord but I think maybe either people didn't understand or maybe wrong time of day. Was very weird.

Anyways it stated "Runtime Error..."
"R6016-not enough space for thread data"

Happened when i was in Cooper's Hotel (AWOP Fallout 3) and then again in Talon Warehouse (same mod). Possibly mod related. I Installed the VC Redistributables and DIrectX etc. IDK what could be the issue but any help would be great.
