Perfect Graphics Setup

I have been using NEVADA ENB 0.249 (I only increased the AO and that's it) for a long time without weather mods and while it looks absolutely awesome the performance is just horrendous. It is mostly 60 fps indoors but can drop down to 25 fps outdoors. Sometimes it can't even load an outdoors save file when starting the game so I have to start from the indoors save file and then load the outdoors one. Same with any .ini tweaks. Doubling, tripling or quadrupling the default max fade settings can drop the fps down to like 10 fps (so I had to just revert the fade back to the default max). It is extremely frustrating guys. I am using a GTX 1060 6GB and an i7 2600 but the game gives no s**t (yeah, yeah, an old game, I get it).
Is there any alternative way to have good graphics in TTW? I mean, I tried a lot of enb presets but most either look too bring or too unrealistic. Am I doing something wrong here?
