It would have to be converted, just like any other FO3 mod.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.

Ok so basically I succesfully converted it, and since the orginal mod author has been on the nexus in 5 years and I probs never get a response from him, here you go bud. Just download with FOMM and you are good to go.
