Question about the optionals mod

I read in a thread on this forum that the old optionals like f03 speech check, reputations, and the bobblehead re-placer would be released in a separate mod. the post is from last year, is there a place I can go to check on its progress? I looked but I can't seem to find it. I really want to replay this but those are must have mods for me. I hope this is the right place to ask this.

The Bobbleheads are part of TTW already (although one or two might get a better bonus in the future).

Speech Checks and Reputations were TTW optionals made by Retlaw, and I don't know if he is making them for TTW 3.x, so I have no idea about their progress. :?

Speech Checks and Reps are likely never to be updated at this point.

As he said, Bobbleheads is already integrated.

I could take a peek at these optionals and try and get them updated if you're willing to part with them.

What needs updating exactly? Just so I can get a picture of what's required.

They are Retlaw's, and you'd have to get permission from him.

The problem with speech checks, is making up dialogue is out of scope for TTW. Also they were quite dirty and really need to be remade.

Reputations has the same making up stuff problem, and actually locking you out of content and areas because F3 is not setup to have you a permanent enemy. Also there is no way to join the Enclave or Outcasts. Such a thing would require an extensive mod, and voice acting. Out of scope and difficult.

I guess to clarify the bobblehead replacer where skill bonuses are replaced with perks. I can probably live without the other stuff.

really? Last time I tried it the medicine bobblehead in the beginning just gave me the 10 plus, that was ver 3.32

It's been like that since TTW 3.0 . :D

If you get the old bonuses, then something is overwriting TTW changes in your game.

Sounds like you're using a mod where someone dumb pressed the "recompile all" button in GECK and your game is now completely broken and you'll need to find this mod, remove it, and then start your game over.
