Here are some screenshots of the Elite Ranger Combat Armor. The models are based on Exeter's better ranger and better riot gear armors.

Looks good. Where do you
Looks good. Where do you think Vault 101 will go, if not just outside Goodsprings?

Holy dang, just read through
Holy dang, just read through this thread and I'm pretty excited to give it a play through. It'll be nice to give gameplay a new edge and also one that makes more sense. Great work!

Today I:
Today I:
- Integrated the reinforced, advanced and elite ranger armor into the game.
- Made it so Regulators sometimes spawn with non-elite riot armor, made the riot helmets light armor.
- Added reps for Enclave, Lyons' BoS, Rivet City, Megaton, Big Town and Tenpenny Tower. Made it so killing Roy Phillips and blowing up Megaton add faction rep for Tenpenny.
- Tagged all DC BoS as Lyons' BoS when you see them.
- Began the data directory structure. - Made the mod an esm. If anyone thinks other locations should have reputation systems, let me know. Also, I'm open to any ideas for pictures to display in the PiPboy for reputations.

I think Republic of Dave,
I think Republic of Dave, Andale, Arefu, Gidershade (although there are only two inhabitants), Paradise Falls, Oasis, Underground city, Temple of Union, Evergreen Mills, Canterbury Commons, BOS Outcasts, Point lookout Tribals, Pitt Slavers, Pitt Workers would be cool to have reps. After all they are independent settlements, and if you mess with their people they all turn hostile towards you/if you complete a quest that helps them in someway they could be grateful to you. Perhaps all the raiders could be affiliated to Evergreen mills, all the slavers to Paradise Falls and all the nomad Merchants to Canterbury commons factions. If I'm correct, when I once played the Pitt and killed the slavers that were near the train station (where you're supposed to get a slave outfit) all the slavers in Paradise Falls were hostile next time I payed them a visit.
In New Vegas the Bright Brotherhood ghouls, Jacobstown Supertmutants, Primm residents (I think this was actually cut from the game), North Vegas Square , Westside, The Thorn (this can be affiliated to Westside), Vault 3/Fiends. Almost all the mentioned settlements (FO3 and FNV) have at least one major quest, so in my opinion they deserve to be considered factions.
Oh, and regarding to the fiends and raiders, they are enemies, but I remember that I read somewhere that if you get a really bad karma in FO3 they (raiders) stop to fight with you. Never have played a bad guy, so I wasn't actually able to corroborate this myself. However, that would make sense with them...you turn yourself into a nasty beast, you score some rep points in their faction. In the case of the fiends maybe you could turn into a drug dealer or get discounts for them with the Khans to be in their good graces.
Oh, and glad to see you're working hard in this mod. I'm looking forward to play with it

Sounds wicked. I say get rid
Sounds wicked. I say get rid of The Family. That entire quest-thingy felt like I was with a bunch of crummy roleplayers. 'Tis awful.
And Little Lamplight makes no sense. How the heck would kids survive? I'd have thought the molerats would've eaten them ages ago.

Where were they getting more kids anyway?
