Low Framerate when around a bunch of clutter or when explosions occur

Ok idk why it happens but for some reason my frame rate significantly drops when either a lot of explosions/dismemberment is happening or when there's a lot of objects/items/clutter and particles are in the area. This mainly happened when playing through Broken Steel and a bit in the main story for the Capital Wasteland and in The Pitt. Sometimes it's negligible but often it brings the frames so low it makes it borderline unplayable and will even crash/freeze the game. Is there any fix for this as i have downloaded all the performance improving stuff (Updated the xNVSE and JIP versions, NVAC, NVTF, and NVHR), I also double checked to see if the executable was patched for 4GB which it was, and I have set FalloutNV.exe and NVSE_Loader.exe to run as administrator by default. Though I'm not sure if it's a hardware issue (considering my gpu is from 2013) or if there's something i haven't done yet.

if it helps i think NVSE had a update and some of the more needed mods to run most stuff might be ....outdated?? can someone also confirm this for me??

i am getting low framerate as well and i am just looking my mind over it

idk, from what i can tell the only really outdated one is NVAC (which hasn't had an update since 2016), NVHR hasn't been updated since May 26th of this year, NVTF hasn't had an update since April 6th of this year so idk from what i can tell most of them are relatively up to date (with the exception of NVAC of course)

thank you....are the people who made this mods still around i know a lot of people left when nexus really screwed everyone over with the changes they wanted.

why does anyone wanna change thing and squeeeze more money from people when they have a fine system as it is... i cant live another ten years thinking everyone think IT IS OKAY TO OVER CHARGE AND JUST MAKE THIS BS EXCUSE FOR NEEDING MORE MONEY FROM US FOR STUFF WE DONT EVEN WANT!!

@wasdwasd, this is not the place to preach your views on nexus or modding, especially by hijacking someone elses thread. Please stop it. Additionally when something works, it doesn't need to updated anymore, it's finished and no amount of dogma will change that fact.

@Wolfelisk As for explosions and things causing problems, if your xNVSE is not the current version you MUST use it or half your mods won't work, probably the issue.
