Hello, brand new to TTW and excited to jump in, but I would like to start in Vault 101/DC but the game doesn't give me the menu when making a new game - instead sending me straight to Goodsprings/Mojave and Doc Mitchell.
I've been poking around the forums to make sure I'm not making "yet another" thread but I've only found a few with this issue and they're at minimum six months ago so I decided not to necro.
From those tickets I've seen instructions to install the 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 patches, which I've done. I've followed the written guide as best as I could. I have the ttw_nvse.dll and the other script extender plugins. I haven't added any other mods yet.
I've modified my INI as directed.
My current load order is what it says on the FAQ with the YUPTTW.esm the installer generated at the end (priority 17 on MO2).
The only other suggestion I found was reinstalling windows, and... no. As cool as this is and as much respect as I have for the team I don't think it's worth resetting my whole computer just to do the Fallout 3 start.
If anyone has any idea how to solve this I would greatly appreciate it.

the ttw_nvse.dll must be missing, check your antivirus didn't quarantine it.

Don't know if you already did this or not, or if it would help. But have you updated your JIPLN and are you using xNVSE instead of NVSE?
If not to any of those two, then you should update your JIPLN to latest JIPLN version and your NVSE to xNVSE.

I did update JIPLN, at your suggestion I tried xNVSE but I'm still getting sent to Doc Mitchell. Thank you though

The game will not function correctly without ttw_nvse.dll, your install failed.
Delete it and start over, make sure you run the installer with admin privs.
