No voices and missing assets/meshes

So, I manage to get born. And I hear the horrific sounds of such an occasion to be met with Dr. Lee staring inquisitively at me, with no expression or voice. And a few red triangles hanging above her. I think the issue is with the bsa files but have no idea how to go about fixing that or if that is actually the problem.

You can't use unconverted Fallout 3 mods with TTW.

That’s great! Just fixed that.

Voices are finally working, the problem now is I still have the mesh/texture problem and still have the giant red triangles

Have you checked our FAQ section about missing meshes?

So, I copied FalloutCustom.ini and made sure to put in the recommended settings that it shows in the FAQ and yet no change. In fact, it feels like the triangles are bigger now.

They will be the same size if still missing, hrm that's odd.

Check and make sure to update to xNVSE if you have updated jip and make sure that is working correctly.

What mod manager are you using?

Currently using MO2, since that is the one that was recommended by the video (wanted to make sure I did it right). I currently have JIP NVSE.
Just downloaded the latest script extender. Going to see if that works

Got the textures working (finally)! But now a new problem has arisen. It seems like the day and night cycle is broken. Day starts at around 2 PM and ends at 7. But then, night will sometimes last for 2 hours and day will last 7. Like... what?
