I haven't found the culprit yet (assuming there is one), but I've realized that the "Two weeks later" clip doesn't appear, nor does the little bit with the picture of you and your father.

It worked fine all the times I beat FO3 main quest last week to test the Super Mutant Blood Samples.

Two weeks later clip is for the train sequence and that should not have happen on a vanilla load order. I have tried the train sequence on both the initial and return trip and the clip play as normal.

JIF65 pointed out that you have some FO3 mods and those need to be converted.

Risewild just mention that there is no issue with the main quest.

Hmm, what else? Is your JIP LN NVSE on the latest 55.10 version? Check your New Vegas Folder for a jip_ln_nvse text file and double click it to check the version or console command "getjiplnversion"

JIP LN is up to date.
The only F3 mods I could find were a pose one (which was inactive and required for FNVs Groovatron) and a clothes mod which I deactivated and it didn't help (may have missed one).
Also, I meant the Two Weeks Later clip that happens before you wake up in the Citadel at the end of Fallout 3 to start Broken Steel.

Have you then tried on a vanilla load order? If things are still broken then so is your save :(

Uninstalling every mod kinda breaks it more; I think I'll stick with trying one by one. I still haven't tried many (been busy).

I FIGURED IT OUT :D :P :lol:

Turns out, it was a custom race that broke it. All I have to do is change my race before doing it. Of course I have to remake my face afterwards (unless there's a race fix like for Tranquility Lane or a console command I could use).

Absolutely do not continue playing with this save file. Changing your race mid game completely breaks your character. Be sure to use that TTW CREBSOR on the save before you changed race.
