Differs by system and
Differs by system and hardware and moon phase. Could be an hour, could be 2 or 3. I install in about 30 minutes but I have a HELL of a system.
Sleep time for me, touch base tomorrow.

I had that same problem. I deleted Fallout 3, New Vegas, and TTW, and reinstalled them. This time, however, I tried to play Fallout 3 before installing TTW, and found that when I hit the play button in the launcher, the launcher closed, but the game didn't open. I looked online for a solution, followed the instructions, and then tried Fallout 3 again, and it worked. The fix was to install Games for Windows Live. I then installed TTW, and found that I had to activate the NV launcher, select Data Files, and check every box. It worked perfectly from there.
