Black screen with sound

I have tried playing the games with and without mods and I dont know why but everytime I start the game using Mod Organizer, the game starts in fullscreen and before long it goes back to the Windows Desk. Even if I try to return to the game window by clicking it, it doesnt works but the game is still running fine because it has sound ;-;
I dont know why specially because I dont have a ENB and I even tried to delete or move the INI files from Documents/My games and the one at the root folder ( fallout_default.ini)
What I can do?
Second I tried to use the launcher to make the game start windowed to not avail ;-;
Third, are new vegas radio mods ( that only adds songs to customs radios) compatible with TTW?

Sounds like driver issues.

Vegas Radio mods will work in vegas sort of, maybe F3 too? I don't know.
