The freeze effect sometimes doesn't restore your movement when it wears off. It even lasts after a game restart. It's also very finicky with bullet time mods.
I've now tried https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/71774 and https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/72784 hoping one would fix it but neither did.

I'm pretty sure I'm using the latest, I only installed it for the time a week ago. Using the hotfix as well. What else am I missing?
