Tale of Two Wastelands

When talking to Knight Captain Dusk at the Citadel and asking her about the Enclave, she says this:

Honestly? I can't wait to see if one of those helmets can stop a hollow-point round at 100 yards. I'm thinking... not.

So has anyone ever actually tried confirming Dusk's theory, to see if hollow point ammo can penetrate Enclave power helmets? You can also tell me how each type of ammo performs. I'd also recommend using JIP's bLocalizedDTDR, it makes DT/DR different between headwear and armor.
