The solution above is the most natural way.

But if you want to do it the quick and dirty way: Get your level 20 runner

coc FFRaiderCamp01 move around a bit for the engine to recognize location then ...
coc FFRaiderCamp02...
coc FFRaiderCamp25

That is 25 camp spawn points you can raise in 30 minutes. But that's not all, there's quite a few tunnels, sewers, stations, as NOT mentioned partly by this list

This will take 2 hours to coc through them.

Remember: 20 is the key. Higher and albino scorp might appear which is a huge bother. Lower and you can not raise threat high enough.
