Difficult level ?

Hi ! I like to ask advises for a choosing difficult levels at a begining of the game options ? Normal or hard or very hard ? Years a go with FNV i always choose hardcore options when i went out from Doc Mitchell house ! This is my first time to start playing with TTW and i want start from Vault 101 !
