I have a question. I have my fallout 3 installed in GOG/Fallout 3 Games. Yet,the installer doesn't recognize where Fallout 3 line is, even after I put it in the browser or where you put the Fallout 3 is located. Is there anything I can do to straighten this out?
Any and all help will be appreciated in advance.

Did you launch it to create the registry entry and initial ini files? If not, do so. You don't have to run it, just run the launcher and set the settings, then quit. That should be enough.
