Broken Dialogue

I am experiencing issues with dialogue when I attempt to interact with NPCs. The mouths of the NPCs don't move and their audio simply doesn't play. What I find most odd is that certain voice lines work while others don't. Some NPCs won't Initiate their opening dialogue but they will say their ending set of dialogue. I have been unable to find a fix and would most appreciate if anyone could help me.

Mod conflict most definitely.

I would say that is the issue but Tale of Two Wastelands is the only mod I have.

Did you install the 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 TTW updates?
If you didn't, then you need those two, they can be found in the same page as the TTW download.

I downloaded the TTW around two weeks ago, It should be fully updated.

The main TTW installer is for 3.2.0. You MUST apply the updates to have a fully updated TTW.

Thanks for the help everyone! I feel kinda dumb now but hopefully, my game will work when I'm done with it. I'll get working on it soon.
