I have Fallout Vegas ultimate edition and trying to Install TTW but for some Unknown reason i have receive Errors like The Installed Fallout New Vegas Version is unsupported Have no Idea what's up with that anybody can help me out ?

Which version of FNV are you using? Are you using a non English version or a German version?
TTW only works with English versions of the game, and doesn't work with German versions because they have different game files due to them being "no-gore".

Yes i have but the same Errors Pops up

Doesn't work for me either, i have a BOUGHT english GOG version.
I was able to install it earlier with this exact same version, now after a while i reinstalled both FO3 and NV and i get this error.
It's obvious that the installer makes errors in it's assumption of the used version.
