Super Mutants using honest hearts weapons???

I noticed that some of the DC super mutants are using the honest hearts 45 Thompson Submachinegun. Is this supposed to be happening, if so that's totally fine. Just wanted to make sure something wasn't wrong on my end.

Yes, that is intended, as well as many other NV weapons, and even Fat Mans.
