Running TTW via MO2 shows up Explorer window at FNV/Data

Some background. I did everything right the first time after downloading TTW, MO2 and only installing essential files, 4GB Patcher, NVSE and so on. I even got to the Main Menu and checked that everything is working.

Launch the game using the Tale of Two Wastelands option in MO2 (NOT the NVSE option).
Enter GetNVSEVersion, and the console should print NVSE version: 6
Next, enter GetIsLAA, and the console should print GetIsLAA >> 2
If it prints an error message, then JIP LN NVSE is installed incorrectly.
If it prints >> 0, then Heap Replacer is installed incorrectly.
Next, enter IsDLLLoaded NVTF, and the console should print IsDLLLoaded "nvtf.dll" >> 1
Next, enter IsDLLLoaded mlf, and the console should print IsDLLLoaded "mlf.dll" >> 1

All "YES" for the above.

But then, I went ahead and added more mods following the Wasteland Survival Guide. At the end, I thought I did everything right but had a few errors popping up and the Main Menu couldn't come up. I tried uninstalling the mods and must have messed up everything.

So today, I uninstalled everything (except MO2). Did a clean install of FO3 and FNV and installed TTW successfully.
Installed TTW Hotfix, 4GB Patcher, NVSE, JIIP Plugin, JohnnyGuitar NVSE, iStewieAI. Just the bare essential and tried to Run it. But it shows up a Window Explorer showing FNV/Data files.

Please help! I'm new to modding.

Ok. I found the problem. First of all was launcher in "Explore Virtual Folder" instead of the "Fallout Launcher".

The other issue I have is getting MCM to work properly. This was fixed by merging the bugfix to the original file instead of installing it as a separate mod.

So much to learn about modding.
