Union Station quest

Hey, all! I'm currently in the capital wasteland trying to undergo the union station quest to reach the Mojave wasteland. I've reached the part of the quest where it wants me to "view the train schedule" however when I reach the board it doesn't register and I'm left unable to complete the quest. I was wondering if anyone else had a similar issue and knew how to fix it. Or if there was some sort of console command I could utilize to force complete it and get the blast doors open. Thanks in advance to helping me out!
