Adjust the At a Loss for Words challenge

I know this is an extremely minor complaint, but this is perhaps the worst challenge in the entire game, even with the help of new Speech checks in TTW. Bringing the requirement down to 10 would make it actually doable for 100% playthroughs without having to sacrifice content or level up weirdly to get it. TTW already makes adjustments to challenges, so I figured this'd be par for the course.

Even with the addition of Speech checks in TTW, I feel like this is the hardest difficulty in the whole game, and I know it seems ridiculous. If the threshold were lowered to 10, achieving 100% completion wouldn't need skipping content or leveling in an unnatural way. I knew TTW previously adapted to obstacles, so I believed this was standard procedure.
