Black Screen When Entering the Mojave

Recently booted up my old ttw save, and was trying to finish things up in the capitol before going to vegas. after getting to union station and getting the train running, i tried to move to the mojave but was met with a black screen. the game wasnt frozen, as hunger notifs would show up and i could hear ambient noise, but i couldnt move or do anything. anybody know whats causing this issue, or how to fix it?

You're using a mod that edits the start up quests in New Vegas and breaks TTW.
