I found out that Stealth Boy has no activation/deactivation sound in TTW, its sound record is muted.
Is this intended? Original sound is too loud I know but muting it completely is also not the best choice IMO.

Its intentional, the stealth boy has no sound in Fallout 3. Feel free to make an override and change it to your liking.

I double checked this, the stealthboy sound is not muted at all in TTW or TTWYUP.

Well maybe it's not exactly muted, but something is changed that it has no sound in game.
Making OBJStealthBoyActivate and OBJStealthBoyActivateDevice sounds from FalloutNV.esm overwrite the ones from [TTW].esm fixes that.
