FNV Mod Limit Fix
Saw this over at the nexus today: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68714
That sounds like something to work into JIPLN or something. Being able to go beyond 130-ish mods would be VERY welcome for many folks. I already have to be very picky to keep at 130 mods on my current play-through of TTW.

I would like to hear an explanation on why people are reporting performance increases as well.

There's no explanation available, since no one knows why the performance increases.
But it does seem to increase performance for real.

TTW question regarding this mod:
I've installed TTW and subsequent mods using MO2, should I install this mod using the mod manager too?

That's what I did - installed via MO2 right after NVAC and before Stewie's Tweaks.
It really works great - currently running 138 mods without a hitch. In fact, as other have reported, it seems smoother with it than without, even though I'm running more mods.

What version of Mod Limit Fix are you guys running at the moment? I feel like that the newest version is breaking things here and there. I for example never got a ctd when entering console or opening the pipboy before. These errors happen very rarely, but they're definitely related to this mod (NVAC.log says so).

It's funny, I am trying really hard to get a .log of a crash (mod_limit on that is). But I haven't had one in days now. Oh the irony.
