Yeah I believe that solution worked for me installing that update seemed to fix it(in other words install the incremental updates on top of the TTW installation and it should work fine)

It was fixed in the Updates mentioned a few posts before yours. If you still have this problem, thne you need to update your TTW with the Incremental Updates (TTW 3.2.1 and then TTW 3.2.2).
