question about fallout 3 mods
I know most fallout 3 mods wont work in TTW but what about house mods?

If it has a plugin it needs to be converted, doesn't matter what it is. Don't run any FO3 plugin that hasn't been converted.

i have looked up how to convert these mods but still cant figure it out is there like some kind of program that will do this? i dont know much about mods so i have no idea what goes into making them

You can find the conversion script provided here viewtopic.php?f=55&t=6525. The conversion script is only a means to get you started on the conversion of FO3 mods, which after you need tools like xEdit, Geck, Nifscope, 3DMax, Audacity, etc depending on what/scale needed to be "fixed" on said mods. Some are easy while some are complex but definitely time consuming. Yup that how it was and every wannabe bail out/move on/abandon after realizing the amount of time and effort needed. Let's just take the time to thank and hug those who are still around doing this on their own time and volition.

A hassle is putting it mildly, try putting a whole game in the engine XD
