this sadly does not make

this sadly does not make Fallout 4 a better RPG.

Also, fuck GameWorks. Seriously.

Care level 0 I think.

Care level 0 I think.

There's nothing here that isn't in the base game.

The most interesting part of

The most interesting part of this mod was the comments section on Bethesda.net.

Even nVidia isn't immune to dozens of people begging for a console port.

Console port for something

Console port for something designed for NVIDIA hardware, lel. Consoles are AMD hardware of course, much humor.

It's classic. The whole mod was made to show off the new GPU's and the particle effects and such brought into the game by nVidia Gameworks. AMD desktop GPU's can't even display some of the effects and these people think they can just port the mod over to run on a consoles AMD APU.

Crazy.

Those console games are one

Those console games are one of the reason(s) why PC games since late 90s got dumb-down so much.

Gone are the days of hard core flight sims and RPG with depth. Any UI has to be tailor made for console controllers.......

Man, if I am going to make a mod, I will on purposely make it impossible to port into consoles.

Make Cocks of the Commonwealth, guarantee it won't be portable.

perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

Consoles are not the only

Consoles are not the only problem.

It's a whole new generation of gamers, that are entitled brats, with an attention span of 10 seconds, who seek insta-gratification from games. Everything today has to be a cinematic sandbox game where the player is a badass half-god. Wonderful.

The market is just catering to the new audience.

I wish that new generation would get off of my lawn.

It's weird because the largest part of gamers are middle aged.

Kids these days are thankfully being distracted by their phones all the time, so maybe things will get better.

I can't speak for flight sims since I've never played one unless you count Star Fox.  But you seem to be ignoring all of the great classic rpgs for consoles, such as Chrono Trigger.

Well, I am a big fan for those flight sims (I start by "desk top jet pilot" career from Falcon 1.0). Sure, there are good RPG on consoles, but the trend I see, is that developers put all efforts on graphics but little improvements on game play (or AI). Not to mention many AAA+ titles nowadays can be completed within 8 hours and "expected" the online mode(s) can save the game .

One prime example of this unforgivable trend, is a "game" called star wars battlefront........

I just played through Vault
I just played through Vault 1080, and it's actually not that bad, at least the story part, which implies that Vault 1080 was an off the books vault where the experiment there implies Vault-Tec had a good idea that extreme radiation led to ghoulification even before the Great War, which would have some interesting implications if it was declared canon, since that would mean Necropolis from the original games was possibly done with the express intent of replicating what they did, only by seeing what would happen if the radiation exposure was more gradual. The graphical side of things was interesting but kinda meh really, as I've never really been the type to be awed by tons of lighting effects, though I'll admit they did a good job with them.
