Never mind about Fallout 3 redesigned 2 I mixed it up with NV redesigned 2, why can't you do NV redesigned 3?
Different mod, too many requirements, and I don't particularly like it because it changes too much for me.

Are there huge internal differences between TTW Redesigned and TTW Project Beauty? I want to see if they can be used to make addon mod content.
No, there isn't. TTW Redesigned is Project Beauty and Redesigned 2 for New Vegas.
Hi, I am fairly new here and have just finished making this account. I started TTW modding today and got confused by the description. Should I keep the .esps (I have NVR-Lore, NVR-HonestHearts, and Voice Fix) from NVRedesigned 2 enabled? ...or does TTW Redesigned.esm have all 3 covered? Sorry if I'm asking a very stupid question with a very obvious answer, and if I have grammar mistakes. English isn't my first language. Thanks!
Edit: Tried to make things clearer.
It's in place of the original files - "Download links are below, and include ALL files necessary." You were only supposed to download the originals because that's the only way nexus allows you to endorse the files... 15 minutes after downloading, you can endorse. He also mentions that he merged the various files, so you don't have as many esps as with the originals.
Correct, you do not need any files from the originals.
This is awesome, but I have a pretty simple issue with TTW Redesigned:
What's up with the giant, colorful Pixar-esque eyeballs? They're way bigger and more colorful than the vanilla textures (and I'm pretty sure they don't look like that with FO3Re, or FONVRe3 installed on their own). I see them in Roy's signature and screenshots, so I assume he prefers them.
How do I go about reverting the eyeball textures back to default? Is it as simple as finding the eye textures and removing them?

edit 2: I got the old redesigned eyes working, here's the steps if anyone else wants to do the same:
- extract the Redesigned Main BSA from the TTW Redesigned fomod
- extract the files from the Main BSA via BSA Browser
- go to the textures/characters/eyes directory within the extracted files
- take the eyes from FNVRe2 (not hard to find in its zip file), and overwrite the "pixar" eyes
- (NOTE: some of the weird eyes are left over, but they're just optional in the character creator, and don't appear on any NPCs)
- recreate the BSA with the same name "TTW Redesigned - Main.bsa" name via BSA Creator
- replace the old BSA with the newly modified one (easily done with an archive program like 7-zip, you can drag and drop like a regular file manager)
Also, maybe the OP should mention this to give credit, I'm pretty sure the eyes used with TTW Redesigned are from this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/298/?
Again, huge thanks to Roy for all his work on TTW, as well as all these converted mods and helping answer questions for newbies. He shows a lot of patience, tolerance, and generosity for a project that I assume he does in his spare time.
The eyes were actually in RD1 or 2, just in the wrong folder so I moved them into the correct folder. I neglected to mention this before, sorry about that.
I actually don't care for the eyes myself, nor the hair replacements or skin replacements. I just use the facegen changes myself, but I sort of don't use the mod at all anymore.

I remove all the hair/eye/race changes and delete the assets.
This works great, if only the faces were optimized for ENBs, its pretty washed out with ENBs, but its still much better than base faces.
